This Privacy Policy explains how IBY LLC, operator of Varenigo ("Varenigo," "we," "us," or "our"), a handmade Ukrainian dumpling brand based in Columbus, Indiana, collects and uses your information when you visit our website and join our waitlist. When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Which form or source you used to sign up (for example, the hero form or the bottom-of-page form).

How we share your information

We share your information with the service providers (processors) that help us operate Varenigo:

• Vercel - website hosting.
• Prisma Data Platform / Prisma Postgres - database storage of your waitlist signup.
• PostHog - product analytics (US-hosted), only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy - primarily, until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights
